This year's competition launched in early November attracted 6 entries from students in Years 7-10. Entries included abstract canopies composed of elemental geometries, a bus stop that maximizes greenery while ensuring accessibility, a biophilic pavilion that caters to the needs of humans and insects alike, a zero-carbon cafe built from sustanable and recycled materials and uses collected rainwater, an organic structure spanning between large trees, and a well-being pavilion made from cob.
The team at DaeWha Kang Design has chosen Rachel's design of a well-being pavilion and fully modeled it for the Metaverse. Her pavilion is made from cob and features a water collection system that provides for humans, aquatic plants, and fish.

In recognition of Noor's elabrate design of a carbon-neutral pavilion, DKD has also modeled her design as a small scale model and has put it on exhibition in the Gen Z universe.
DKD congratulates all the entrants for their creativity in imagining a pavilion that is environmentally sustainable. We hope everyone can find joy in experiencing the winning entry in 3D in the Gen Z Universe!
